Wayne County Republicans To Meet Saturday, Welcome In Third Congressional Candidate

WAKEFIELD – Make plans to join the Republican Party of Wayne County this weekend for a meeting.

According to a release, the meeting will be held at Sidelines Bar & Grille at 206 Main Street in Wakefield on Saturday, August 12 at 9 a.m.

Robert McCuiston of Holdrege will join the Republican Party of Wayne County in Wakefield Saturday. McCuiston is a declared Republican candidate for the position of Third District Congressman and challenger to Adrian Smith.

The Republican Party of Wayne County will also be attending the Cars N Carroll Show & Shine in Carroll, NE on Sunday, September 24 from noon until 4 p.m. There is no admission to attend. There’ll be numerous vendors in the park and auditorium, food trucks available as well as a variety of vintage vehicles of all models including tractors. There is also a youth Show & Shine event.

Plans are also underway for the Lincoln-Reagan Forum on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at the Carroll Auditorium. All are invited to share ideas and experiences.
