Entitled Top 10 Mistakes Made In Estate Planning, the seminar is being hosted by The Wayne Area Legacy Fund. Featured presenters will be Andrew Loudin, an estate planning attorney, Eric Knutson, a local attorney and Todd Mekelburg with the Nebraska Community Foundation.
Attendees will learn the importance of having an estate plan, how to minimize tax liabilities for families, how to take advantage of the new tax law, and questions you should ask in order to leave a legacy that reflects your goals and dreams.
