Supporting Fiesta Brava And Luna’s in Grief following a tragedy

WAYNE – Earlier this week, a traffic accident claimed the lives of Simeon Martinez, Miguel Cortez Martinez, and Adonai Eduardo. While most of the community may not have known these young men, they were integral parts of the families at Fiesta Brava and Luna’s.

Through this week, Fiesta Brava will remain closed to allow their employees and families to grieve the loss of Simeon and Miguel, who served as cooks at the restaurant.

According to a release from Wayne Area Economic Development, WAED will help notify the community when Fiesta chooses to reopen for business, which will likely be early next week.

On Saturday, April 8, Luna’s is hosting a fundraiser for Adonai Eduardo (flyer below). The proceeds of the fundraiser will be used to offset the funeral costs for Adonai and expenses related to transporting his body back to Mexico.

Please consider supporting the families and employees at Fiesta Brava and Luna’s as they navigate this difficult time.
