WAYNE – A single elimination bracket featuring several high schools looking to be crowned KTCH Quiz Bowl champions continued with round 2 matches.
Quiz Bowl 2023 will air on Big Red Country’s KTCH 104.9 and waynedailynews.com, with the most recent results available under the ‘Community’ drop-down menu in the ‘Quiz Bowl’ tab.
Most matches will air Monday through Thursday at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m., with rescheduled matches on Friday. The KTCH Quiz Bowl bracket began on January 9 and ends on March 15 with the finals.
In 2023, there are 63 schools competing.

Monday, February 6: Verdigre defeats Norfolk Catholic 2-1 and St. Mary’s O’Neill defeats Wayne 3-2
Tuesday, February 7: O’Neill defeats Clarkson 3-2, Logan View defeats Neligh-Oakdale 3-2, and Winside defeats Wynot 6-5
Wednesday, February 8: David City defeats West Holt 3-1 and Lutheran High Northeast defeats Lyons-Decatur 3-2
