Nebraska Holiday Passport is Accepting 2023 Applications

WAYNE – It may be hot outside, but the holidays will be here before you know it. According to a notice from the Wayne Area Economic Development Office, applications to be a stop on the 2023 Nebraska Holiday Passport are open until August 1.

The second annual holiday-themed, mini-passport will feature 20 Nebraska destinations. The Holiday Passport is modeled off the regular Nebraska Passport which has 70 stops and runs through the summer.

The Nebraska Holiday Passport will run from November 17 to January 7. With the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, applicants are encouraged to have regular hours for the duration of the program.

Visitors get a passport and collect stamps from as many destinations as they wish. Visitors then submit their passport to enter for prizes. Selfies at the destination are the only substitute for stamps.
