Monday ~ Mexican Torta – A Mexican Sandwich filled with your choice of Chicken or Ham, garnished with cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cream and jalapeño if you wish. For this, drinks, ice cream, smoothies, and more, stop in daily!

Tuesday ~ Chicharron – Your choice of shredded chicken or pork skins, added with cabbage, pico de gallo, tomato, avocado, and sour cream on top of a crispy, rectangular tortilla. Combine with a tasty corn side and add a non-alcoholic Dayquiri to top it off!

Wednesday ~ Gazpacho – a Mexican fruit salad of cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, and mango that is chopped up into very small pieces, mixed with freshly-squeezed lemon and hot pepper powder, topped with Tajin -A Unique Blend of Mild Chili Peppers, Lime and Sea Salt.

Thursday ~ Enchildas: choice of Red, Green, or White sauce, with ground beef or shredded chicken  Add a Mexican Popsicle made with real natural ingredients, such as fresh tropical fruits.
