WSC Women’s Soccer Opens Six-Game Road Stretch

ALVA, OK/HAYS, KS – Following a one-goal defeat on the home turf last Friday, the Wayne State College women’s soccer program will take part in six consecutive road matches.

From Alva, Oklahoma, 0-1 WSC will visit 2-0 Northwestern Oklahoma State on Thursday, September 1 at 6 p.m.

The Wildcats are also scheduled to play at Fort Hays State in Hays, Kansas on Saturday, September 3 at noon to conclude non-conference play. The Tigers are 1-0-1 on the season.

WSC will open NSIC play at Minnesota State-Mankato at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 9 and at Concordia-St. Paul at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 11. The Wildcats will also visit Northern State and MSU Moorhead on September 16 and September 18 at 6 p.m. and noon respectively.

The NSIC home-opener for Wayne State College women’s soccer is scheduled for Friday, September 23 with Minnesota Crookston coming to town at 3 p.m.
