Wildcat Football Looks To Remain Undefeated On Road

ST. PAUL, MN – Following a late second half comeback fell short during a Family Day night game, the Wayne State College football team will compete in their final night game of the season.

WSC (1-2) suffered a 27-21 home loss with Augustana last Saturday and will visit fellow 1-2 Concordia-St. Paul during the NSIC Thursday Night of the Week at 6 p.m. The Golden Bears dropped a 46-13 game at #2 Minnesota State-Mankato last Saturday.

Wayne State College has won four straight games over Concordia-St. Paul including a 27-23 victory in Wayne last year. WSC also defeated the Golden Bears in St. Paul, Minnesota 45-10 where WSC has won five of the past six road games. The last Concordia-St. Paul win came in 2013 in Wayne, 28-24.
