PONCA – The Wakefield-Allen wrestling team was on the road at Ponca for a triangular Thursday night.
In the match with Madison, Wakefield-Allen won the lone contested match to defeat the Dragons 36-18.
Gabe Lamprecht (126) won over Kevin Rodriguez by fall (2:41).
During the dual with Ponca, the Indians came out victorious 36-24.
Wakefield-Allen won all three contested matches, but Ponca won six forfeit matches.
Lamprecht went 2-0 on the night with a win over Aiden Cook by decision (13-7); Charlie Lopez (132) won over Dalton Anderson by decision (6-1) and Isaac Verzani (160) won over Hunter Bennet by fall (2:42).
