LINCOLN – The 2019 NSAA State Baseball tournaments are set with a rain-delayed district game being played Tuesday afternoon.
Over the weekend, six Class A teams were crowned district champions with two wildcards being added.

A1: #3 Kearney defeated #1 Millard West (4-2)
A2: #1 Elkhorn South defeated #3 Papillion-LaVista (9-4)
A3: #1 Millard South defeated #2 Lincoln East (6-0)
A4: #1 Gretna defeated #2 Omaha Westside (3-2)
A5: #2 Grand Island defeated #1 Creighton Prep (6-4)
A6: #1 Archbishop Bergan defeated #2 Lincoln Southwest (6-3)
Wildcards: Millard West and Creighton Prep
The 2019 Class A Baseball Championship bracket will begin Saturday, May 11 from Sherman Field. #3 Gretna (16-6) will open against #6 Archbishop Bergan (14-4) at 10 a.m. followed by #4 Millard South (20-8) vs. #5 Grand Island (19-9) at 1 p.m.; #1 Elkhorn South (19-3) vs. #8 Kearney (17-8) at 4 p.m. and #2 Millard West (23-5) vs. #7 Creighton Prep (18-10) at 7 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday games will be played at Haymarket Park with Wednesday elimination games held back at Sherman Field. The Class A title game is scheduled for Thursday, May 16 from Haymarket Park.at 9 a.m.
Five of the six Class B districts crowned their champion Monday with the B3 District going final Tuesday afternoon.

B2: #1 Bennington defeated #2 Nebraska City (2-1)
B3: #2 Concordia/Brownell Talbot/Omaha Christian Academy defeated #1 Norris (6-5) 5/7
B4: #1 Seward defeated #3 Lincoln Pius X (6-1).
B5: #2 Hastings defeated #1 Omaha Skutt Catholic (6-4)
B6: #1 Elkhorn defeated #3 Platte Valley (8-4)
