WAYNE – An upcoming high school softball prospect camp will be hosted by Wayne State College on Sunday, November 8 in the WSC Recreation Center.

From 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with registration starting at 8:00 a.m., the camp will cover all aspects of the game that include pitching, catching, defense, hitting and base running.

The camp is open to all players ages 13-18.

This is a fast-paced skills camp with feedback provided to help prepare for collegiate level softball.

Cost of the camp is $100 and includes lunch and a camp t-shirt. Registration and payment for the camp will only be accepted online at www.wscsoftballcamps.com. No walk-ups will be allowed as checks or cash will be accepted at the camp.

The Wayne State College softball team had their 2020 season cut short just like everyone else across the country. WSC ended their shortened-season at 10-13, winning five of their final eight games during their spring break trip in Florida last March.

For more information on the WSC softball high school prospect camp, contact Wayne State College head softball coach Shelli Manson at 402-375-7522 or email shmanso1@wsc.edu.
