WAYNE – Late last month, the Nebraska School Activities Association along with their partner, U.S. Bank announced the 2019-20 Believers and Achievers.
According to a release from the NSAA on September 23, they included a list of the 48 recipients of this prestigious award for the 2019-20 activities year as well as more information about the Believers & Achievers awards program.
Northeast Nebraska NSAA/U.S. Bank Believers & Achievers are Braden Eisenhauer of Bloomfield, Noah Hass of Guardian Angels Central Catholic, Reagan Klein of Logan View, Brayden Anderson of Lyons-Decatur Northeast, Jacob Aitken of South Sioux City, Rayna Hladky of Tekamah-Herman and Erin O’Reilly of Wayne.
Along with Erin O’Reilly being among the list of 48, O’Reilly and Trevor DeBoer were school winners for Wayne Community Schools.
All of the students nominated for the Believers & Achievers awards program represent the very best of Nebraska’s high schools. All nominees this year are outstanding leaders within their schools and communities.
Statewide winners will be recognized at NSAA State Championships throughout the 2019-20 activities year from October 2019 through March 2020. Also, each of the Believers & Achievers will be featured on a poster that will be sent to each NSAA high school and U.S. Bank branch in Nebraska for display. From the 48 finalists, eight will receive a $500 scholarship from U.S. Bank to the college or university of their choice at a scholarship banquet to be held on April 26, 2020.
