Norfolk Archery Club Whitetails 3D Tournament, Part Of Elkhorn River Rivalry August 28 – 29

NORFOLK – Following a busy indoor and outdoor season, the final 2021 Norfolk Archery Club Shoot will close out with the Whitetails 3D Tournament this weekend.

According to a release from the Norfolk Archery Club, the tournament will be held on both Saturday and Sunday, August 28 – 29. Registration times will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. as NFAA rules will be followed. Concessions will also be available and open to the public.

The club’s outdoor range is located south of Norfolk on US Highway 81; turn west at North Airport Road (Coca-Cola building), go ¼ mile, then turn south at the Norfolk Archery Club sign (west side of National Guard Armory) and follow the trail.

Cost for adults and young adults is $15; youth and cubs are $8 while a family of three or more is $35.

The Whitetails 3D shoot is also part of the Elkhorn River Rivalry which is being sponsored by Whitetails Unlimited, Antelope Shooters and the Norfolk Archery Club. A $5 additional entry fee will be added per shoot. For those who shoot at least two 3D shoots at each club, you’ll be entered into the prize drawing for a Mathews hunting bow and a youth bow. Also, awards for the overall score of the four shoots being adult male, adult female, kids male and kids female will be awarded.
