PONCA – A 16-team volleyball conference will open their conference tournament this weekend.
Pool play will take place at four different locations among the Lewis & Clark Conference Tournament on Saturday, October 16 beginning at 10 a.m.
From Laurel, Winside and Walthill will join the host Laurel-Concord-Coleridge in Pool A; in Wausa, Winnebago and Plainview will join the host Wausa for Pool B; from Bloomfield, Hartington-Newcastle and Tri County Northeast (Allen/Emerson-Hubbard) will join the host Bloomfield in Pool C and in Creighton, Homer and Osmond will join the host Creighton for Pool D.
2021 Conference Volleyball Tournament
Moving into bracket play on Monday, October 18, Walthill and Wakefield will be the host sites.
The Pool D champion will face Wynot at 5:30 p.m. in Walthill followed by the Pool A champion vs. Randolph. The Pool C champion will compete against Ponca at 5:30 p.m. in Wakefield followed by Wakefield vs. the Pool B champion.
Ponca will then be the host site on Tuesday, October 19 starting with the consolation match at 5:30 p.m. and championship match to follow.
