WAYNE – Youth ages 6 – 17 years old will be able to participate in this year’s Wayne Country Club Junior Golf clinics.

According to a release from the Wayne Country Club, instructors will be PGA Director of Golf and Manager, Kyle Schellpeper as well as head Wayne State College golf coach, Joey Baldwin.

Session 1 will be held on Tuesday, June 7; Wednesday, June 8; Tuesday, June 14 and Wednesday, June 15 for ages 6 – 9 (8 – 8:40 a.m.); ages 10 – 12 (9 – 10 a.m.) and ages 13 – 17 (10:30 – 11:30 a.m.). All levels will be on the course on Thursday, June 9 and Thursday, June 16 from 9 – 11 a.m.

Session 2 will then be scheduled for Tuesday, June 21; Wednesday, June 22; Tuesday, June 28 and Wednesday, June 29 for the same ages and same time as Session 1 with all levels on the course on Thursday, June 23 and Thursday, June 30 from 9 – 11 a.m.

Cost for the two-week session is $100 per student with a maximum of 15 students per level.

Payment along with a registration slip can be sent to Wayne Country Club, POB 185, Wayne, NE 68787 to reserve your spot. Information needed includes name of student, age, either session 1 or 2, address and phone number.
