HARTINGTON – The Hartington-Newcastle volleyball team took their five-match winning streak into a Tuesday night home showdown before going out on the road later this week.
From Hartington-Newcastle high school, the Wildcats entertained Randolph.
HNS swept the Cardinals (25-20, 25-16, 25-23) to now sit 11-6 on the season while Randolph fell to 6-16.
Double-double performers came from Abbe Morten with team highs in both kills (19), digs (11) and two service aces while Kayden Jueden added 15 kills and 10 digs to go along with two solo blocks for Hartington-Newcastle. Autumn Lammers added 35 set assists.
Hartington-Newcastle will next compete in the Bloomfield triangular with Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Thursday before hosting the HNS Tourney Saturday.
