Fill The Hill At The Pete Chapman Complex For Wildcat Baseball, Softball

WAYNE – Plan to join the Wayne State College baseball and softball teams to Fill The Hill in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month today.

From the Pete Chapman Complex the first 60 students to pledge against sexual violence will receive a free t-shirt.

The 9-17 overall, 7-9 in league play (10th) Wayne State College baseball team will host the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs at 1:30/3:30 p.m. SMSU enters with a 9-16 overall record and 4-8 in the conference (11th).

WSC is also scheduled to host Northern State during a four-game series on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15 pending weather. Game times are set for Noon and 2 p.m. both days.

For the Wayne State College softball team at 10-21 overall and 4-8 in the NSIC (T-11th), they’ll host the Sioux Falls Cougars at 2/4 p.m. USF comes in with a 23-10 overall record and tied for second in the conference at 8-2.

The ‘Cats are also scheduled to host Northern State on Saturday, April 14 at 1/3 p.m. and MSU Moorhead on Sunday, April 15 at Noon and 2 p.m. pending weather.
