LINCOLN – High School volleyball teams will be competing in the 2020 NSAA Championship finals and consolation rounds throughout today.
According to a release from the NSAA, the six championship matches will be played at the Pinnacle Bank Arena while consolation contests for four classes will be at Lincoln Southeast.
Friday results:
Class D1 semifinal: #1 Pleasanton swept #4 Mead and #3 Archbishop Bergan won in four sets over #2 Bruning-Davenport/Shickley.
Class D2 semifinal: #1 Diller-Odell swept #4 Falls City Sacred Heart and #2 Chambers/Wheeler Central swept #3 Maywood-Hays Center.
Class C1 semifinal: #1 Wahoo swept #5 Columbus Lakeview and #2 St. Paul won in five sets over #6 Lincoln Lutheran.
Class C2 semifinal: #1 Lutheran High Northeast won in five sets over #4 Clarkson/Leigh and #3 Norfolk Catholic won in four sets over #2 Overton
Class A semifinal: #1 Elkhorn South won in five sets over #4 Papillion-LaVista and #2 Papillion-LaVista South swept #6 Millard West
Class B semifinal: #1 Omaha Skutt swept #5 Ashland-Greenwood and #2 Norris swept #3 Elkhorn.
