OMAHA – The Wayne High baseball team finished their 2018 regular season with the most wins in the last eight years and will look to make some noise in the postseason.
Currently at 12-5, the Wayne High baseball team has won eight straight from April 17 – April 30.
The Blue Devils earned the #3 seed in the Class B2 District Baseball Tournament. WHS will face (10-11-1) #2 Ralston on Saturday, May 5 at Noon from Omaha Home for Boys. Ralston recently tied Mount Michael Benedictine on Tuesday, May 1 (6-6) after the game was called off due to lighting in the sixth inning.
