WAYNE – Two teams among the Central Region have advanced onto the round of 32 in the 2022 NCAA Division II Volleyball Tournaments.
From Rice Auditorium on the campus of Wayne State College, Central Region volleyball competition took over Friday afternoon.
The first match favored #3 Minnesota Duluth over #6 Washburn with scores of the match being 21-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-19.

Just concluding their match Friday night in five-sets showcased a victory for #2 Concordia-St. Paul over #7 Nebraska-Kearney with scores of the match being 25-19, 22-25, 17-25, 25-21, 15-10.
#2 Concordia-St. Paul will next face #3 Minnesota Duluth on Saturday, November 19 at 5 p.m. Earlier this season, CSP won a five-set home match over UMD on October 15 and also swept Minnesota Duluth on November 12 in the NSIC Tournament semifinals held in St. Paul, Minnesota.
#4 St. Cloud State defeated #5 Northwest Missouri State in four sets (25-16, 25-22, 23-25, 25-21).
Current match going on is #1 Wayne State College vs. #8 Harding.
