3D Archery Tournament Slated For June 13 – 14, Open To The Public

NORFOLK – An opportunity to get outdoors and participate in an open 3D archery tournament will take place this weekend.

According to a release from the Norfolk Archery Club, registration is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14. This is the first scheduled outdoor shoot of the 2020 Norfolk Archery Club Shoot season.

The club’s outdoor range can be found south of Norfolk on US Highway 81. Turn west at North Airport Road before going a quarter-mile and turning south at the Norfolk Archery Club sign which is west of the National Guard Armory and follow the trail.

Cost for adults and young adults is $15 as youth and cubs are $8 while a family of three or more is $35. Concessions will also be available as NFAA rules will be followed.

Other outdoor events that were previously scheduled will be the Extreme 3-D between July 18 – 19; Whitetail 3-D from August 29 – 30 and an Outdoor 3D September 19 – 20.
