WIC & Immunization Clinic Scheduled For Thursday In Hartington

HARTINGTON – After hosting a WIC and Immunization Clinic in Wakefield earlier this week, the Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership will hold another in Hartington on Thursday, June 14.

Plan to attend Trinity Lutheran Church, 106 West Center Street in Hartington from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

According to a release from NENCAP, their program provides nutrition education and supplemental foods to income eligible pregnant, breast-feeding or postpartum women, infants and children to age five years. They are one of nine Community Action Agencies in Nebraska.

NENCAP manages several different programs as determined by identified needs of residents in the 14-county service area. The Agency serves over 10,000 clients a year due to successful outreach efforts.
