PONCA – The second and final weekend of Hallowfest closed out this past Saturday with cooler temperatures and warm comradery for guests who attended a northeast Nebraska state park.
According to a release from Ponca State Park, there were again take-N-go crafts, a creepy crawly critter corner, owl pellets, a pumpkin carving contest and a Haunted Drive.
Winners in the Pumpkin Carving contest on Saturday, October 17 were William London from Norfolk, Nebraska (6 years and under category); Katrina Marshall from Kansas City, Missouri and Kylee Buschmann from Sac City, Iowa (7 to 12 years) as well as Kayla Nichols from Lincoln, Nebraska (adult category).
