WAYNE – We have a winner! The 44th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is over. The ‘egg’ has been found.
You can relax now and move on with your Easter weekend plans. This year’s winner(s):

Members of the winning team are pictured above along with station Program Director Dan Baddorf who is holding the ‘egg’ – a 2022 Boomerfest flyer which was posted on a bulletin board in the atrium of the Kanter Student Center at Wayne State College.
The EGG was found at about 8:20 p.m. Thursday evening.
Clues to the nature of this year’s EGG and its whereabouts were broadcast on KTCH and KCTY beginning last Wednesday. In addition, the clues were posted daily at this year’s 22 participating sponsors: American Broadband, Carhart Lumber, Wayne ACE Hardware & Home, Discount Furniture, AquaPop, Ameriprise Financial – Rath Walling & Associates, Dairy Queen, Family First Dental, Godfather’s Pizza, Grossenburg Implement, Our Savior Lutheran Church, Pac N Save, Pizza Hut, Providence Community Pharmacy, Quality Foods, State National Insurance, Tacos & More, U Save Pharmacy, Wayne East Prime Stop, and WW Galore.
Each of the Sponsors provided prizes. This year’s Easter Egg Hunt Prize Package is valued at approximately $ 3,000.00 including a $1,200.00 prize from American Broadband and $500.00 prizes from Carhart Lumber in Wayne and Wayne ACE Hardware & Home.
