WAYNE – The 42nd annual KTCH Easter Egg Hunt has ended. Eli Barner found the egg Wednesday afternoon with the help of his siblings.
The “egg” this year was a AAA Energizer battery. It was at the base of a crosswalk sign at 3rd and Sherman Streets near Wayne Elementary School.

An interview with Eli with an explanation of the clues will be broadcast on Big Red Country and The City Thursday morning (4/9) at 9:00 a.m. A printed explanation of the clues will be available at all participating sponsors beginning on Thursday. Total value of the prizes was over $2,000.
