WAYNE – During the entire month of May, pet owners have been able to register their dogs and cats at the lowest rate. That rate will increase this Friday.

With the lower pet licensing rate ending on Thursday, May 31, the Wayne Police Department encourages those who haven’t yet to do so.

Cost is $6 each per dog and cat to be registered by May 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. On June 1, pet licenses will become $21 per pet.

Make sure to bring the current rabies certification for each pet to the Wayne Police Department inside the City Hall at 306 N Pearl Street. Contact the Wayne Police Department at 402-375-2626, follow them on Twitter at Wayne Police Dept or like them on Facebook at Wayne Police Department – Government for more information.
