WAYNE – A museum in a northeast Nebraska community recently opened for their 2021 summer tours.

According to a release from the Wayne Historical Society, the Wayne County Museum is open on Sunday’s now through Labor Day from 2 until 4 p.m. The museum is located at 702 Lincoln Street in Wayne.

Dates include June 6, 13, 20 and 27; open during the Chicken Show on July 10 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.; July 11, 18 and 25; August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 as well as September 5. The museum will be closed on July 4.
