Wayne County Board Of Commissioners To Work More On Budget, Hear Updates Tuesday

WAYNE – After meeting to work on the county budget last week, the Wayne County Board of Commissioners will meet again for another work session along with their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 18.

From the Wayne County Courthouse courtroom, commissioners will meet at 9 a.m.

The Wayne County Library Association will come forward discussing funds usage and their request before county attorney, Amy Miller will address juvenile diversion funds.

Second floor windows will also be brought up during a courthouse maintenance update along with more discussion on the north lean-to.

Highway superintendent, Mark Casey will go over road/bridge along with wind energy updates as email and web-page domain updates will also be brought to attention.

Prior to another budget work session, the commissioners will hear another update on the courthouse restoration project from Berggren Architects.
