Upcoming Wayne Public Library Events

WAYNE – Make plans to visit the Wayne Public Library this week where several activities will take place.

Located at 410 North Pearl Street, the library will host a Toddler Time on Wednesday, November 7 at 10 a.m. The event is designed for babies and toddlers featuring stories, music and play-time. Wednesday will also mark the deadline for signup during the Teen Craft Time which will be held on Saturday, November 17 at 2 p.m.

All skill levels are also welcome to join a knitting class on Thursday, November 8 from 6 – 8 p.m.

More events will take over the weekend at the Wayne Public Library on Saturday, November 10. Fall Story Time is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. as well as Youth Book Club at 11:30 a.m. discussing “A Wrinkle In Time,” by Madeleine L’Engle. Registration and payment is also due for the Adult Craft Night/Ornament Making this weekend. Cost is $6 per ornament and the event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m.

This month’s book is “The Bean Tree,” by Barbara Kingslover as the Book Club will have their discussion on Tuesday, November 27 at 6:30 p.m.
