Upcoming Community Blood Drives

WAYNE – A pair of northeast Nebraska communities will be hosting blood drive events.

According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, spring into action and give the gift of life by donating blood. Community members are being urged to roll up their sleeve and give blood as soon as possible.

Randolph will be hosting a community blood drive on Thursday, June 23 from 1 – 6:30 p.m. while the Wayne Community Blood Drive is scheduled for Wednesday, June 29 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Also, the Logan Miller and Brooklyn Kruse Scholarship Blood Drive is going on today (Wednesday, June 22) from 12:30 – 6 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 402-369-9953 or go online to lifeservebloodcenter.org.

Someone requires a blood transfusion every two seconds and 100% of the blood products needed by your community hospital come from LifeServe blood donors.

Make an appointment at an upcoming neighborhood blood drive near you as appointments are required.

The Randolph Community Blood Drive on June 23 (Thursday) will be at 104 West Broadway from 1 – 6:30 p.m.

The Wayne Community Blood Drive is scheduled for next Wednesday, June 29 at the Wayne Fire Hall (510 Tomar Drive) between 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
