WAYNE – The Wayne Girl Scouts will be sponsoring an American Cross Blood Drive. The date is set for Tuesday, August 4, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Blood Drive is at Journey Christian Church.
Brandy Saltzman, the Wayne Girl Scout’s Leader, is handling the donation appointments. To set up an appointment call Brandy at 402-369-0569. Another way to sign-up is to visit redcrossblood.org. Extra cleaning will be done at the Blood Drive to assure donors’ safety. Also, the Red Cross asks that each donor wear a mask when they give blood.
The Wayne Girl Scouts are still looking for girls to join from grades Kindergarten to high school. If interested in joining the Girls Scouts, call Brandy Saltzman.
