Test Drive A Ford To Raise Money For Providence Medical Center

WAYNE – Mark this Saturday on your calendar to come out and support Providence Medical Center during “Drive 4 UR Community”.

On Saturday, August 10 plan on taking a spin in a new ford vehicle from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. hosted by Arnie’s Ford. For every test-drive taken, Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to Providence Medical Center with a maximum amount raised being $6,000.

Money raised will go towards an ambulance at PMC.

Drive 4 UR School began in 2007 as a way for Ford to give back to communities across the country. The success of the school program inspired the launch of Drive 4 UR Community in 2012, allowing Ford Dealers to partner with nonprofit organizations as well. Thousands of events and $35 million in donations later, participants are still test-driving for a cause that they – and Ford – are equally passionate about.

Local Ford Dealers team up with community originations for a one-day test-drive event.

To test drive a vehicle, you must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance. Up to 300 total test-drives will be offered with a limit of one donation per person and one donation per household.

PMC is located at 1200 Providence Road and those interested in pre-registering for the event can go to https://d4ur.com/XK4YM.

Other Drive 4 UR Community events hosted by Arnie’s were on June 15 for the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department, in 2018 for the Wayne Community Schools Foundation and in 2017 for the Wayne Area Legacy Fund.
