WAYNE – A Community Needs Assessment committee is conducting a Strategic Planning Process survey and needs your assistance.
The results from the survey will aid in meeting community needs and the information submitted is confidential as no names will be used.
For accreditation by the Nebraska Library Commission and a part of a Strategic Planning Process, community members in Wayne have until Wednesday, July 31 to complete. Every question must be answered or your response will not be included in the final results.
Those who live within the city limits, in Wayne County or are a student at Wayne State College are recommended to take this survey. Topics addressed in the survey are education, employment, health, housing, recreation, civic engagement as well as safety and infrastructures.
To take this survey online, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CGTD89V. For those who require a survey with larger font can stop by one of the drop off locations. These locations include the Wayne Public Library, Wayne Herald, Wayne Chamber Office and Wayne Community Activity Center.
