Special City Council Meeting Scheduled For Friday At Noon, Meeting To Be Held Electronically

WAYNE – A notice of special meeting has been posted for the Wayne City Council Friday afternoon.

According to a release from the cityofwayne.org website, this special meeting will be held on Friday, March 27 at noon. This meeting will be held via video/telephone conference following the guidelines from the CDC of limiting groups to 10 or less.

Due to COVID-19 outbreak and pursuant to governor Pete Ricketts’ executive order No. 20-03, the Wayne City Council will be holding all upcoming meetings online by video and/or teleconference. Members of the public are also able to attend these meetings electronically.

Council will hear appointments to the Board of Health and get an update on COVID-19.
