Smart Phone 101 Class, Coloring Nights Scheduled This Week

WAYNE – Join the Wayne Public Library early in the week for their month activities.

The library is located at 410 Pearl Street as Smart Phone 101 is scheduled for Monday, February 10 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. Learn more about your phone from the simple tasks like apps, emails and social media. Make sure to bring your phone and/or email passwords for downloading items if needed. Contact the library to register for this event.

Moving into Tuesday, the monthly Adult Coloring Night will be held between 6 – 7:30 p.m. and offered for those 18 years and older. All color pages, crayons, markers and pens along with a light snack will be provided.

An After-School Coloring event will also be held on Friday, February 14 from 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. and then again on Friday, February 28. Adults will be on hand for conversation as color pages, crayons, markers and pens plus a light snack will be provided.

Toddler Time is scheduled for each Wednesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. during the month of February. Little ones will enjoy stories, music and busy bags which promote early literacy, writing and math skills.

Needle night will also meet Thursday, February 13 and 20.

Throughout the month join the Adult New Year Reading Challenge that will run through April. There will be different challenges as well as prizes available at the end of each month.

Contact the Wayne Public Library at 402-375-3135. The library is open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday’s from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday’s between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Sunday’s from 2 until 5 p.m.
