WAYNE – School board members will open their monthly regularly scheduled Wayne Community Schools Board of Education meeting on Monday, April 8 at 5 p.m.
From the Wayne Jr/Sr High School Library, room 407, the board will talk about a personnel position for an Assistant Elementary Principal/DAC.
Elementary Principal, Russ Plager will provide a report as Misty Beair (Special Education Director/Early Learning Center Director) will review with the board her Early Learning Program.
Under new business, the board will go over HVAC maintenance bids, a legal representation agreement with KSB School Law along with the 2019-20 after-school program handbook and 2019-20 school year Chromebook purchase agreement.
A list of 2019 high school graduates will be accepted along with the last day being set for the current school year.
Superintendent Mark Lenihan will also provide the budget report and an update from the legislature.
