WAYNE – Board of Education members with Wayne Community Schools will select their organization board for 2020 before hearing from a pair of requested presentations.
From the Wayne Jr/Sr high school conference room (202), school board members will meet for the first time in 2020 Monday evening at 5 p.m.
Early in the meeting, members will vote on their board for the year with a president, vice-president, recording secretary and treasurer.
The board will also look to officially accept the resignation from Dennis Dolliver as an administrator at Wayne Community Schools.
Other communications from the public will include Bob Soukup of Carlson West Povondra Architects and Steve Muir presenting health insurance information.
School board members will address negotiations settlement, Aetna Health Insurance, personal finance class recommendation and 2020-2021 school calendar in new business.
The January Honor Coffee will be held following the school board meeting around 6:30 p.m. showcasing members from All-State Choir, State Mock Trial team and Unified bowling team.
