Randolph Community Fair Happening This Weekend

RANDOLPH – Reaching Out Around Randolph (R.O.A.R.) invites you to the Randolph Community Fair happening July 12th-14th. The weekend is packed full of family fun activities. It all starts Friday night with the LIED Randolph Public Library Family Fun Night. Dr. Oxygen will present a live science demonstration at the RHS commons area beginning at 6:30 p.m. The youngsters that are 9 and under will be able to participate in the Farmer’s Obstacle Course following the program by the Randolph FFA.

Start Saturday with a Fun Run/Walk beginning at 8 a.m. at the City Park entrance. No entry fee necessary. There will be a livestock show starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Randolph City Park. The Senior Center will host a luncheon from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. serving sloppy joes and hot dogs with desserts. The 6th Annual Kelly Jo Swanson Memorial Co-Ed Softball Tournament will begin on Saturday as well. The Randolph City Park will be the site for Slip and Slide Kickball with registration beginning at 1 p.m. Water Balloon Volleyball will be taking place at the sand volleyball courts also beginning at 1 p.m. “Endless Highway” will provide the evening entertainment starting at 8:30 p.m. and playing until 12:30 a.m. in downtown Randolph. Admission is just $7.

The Randolph Volunteer Fire Department invites you to join them for an omelet breakfast on Sunday morning from 8 a.m.- noon at the City Auditorium. The Randolph FFA Booster Car and Tractor Show will be going on throughout all of Sunday. There will be BINGO at the City Auditorium from 1:30-3 p.m. Take a dip and enjoy free swimming at the Randolph City Pool from 1-5 p.m. The City Park will host a fun variety of carnival games, pony rides, and other activities from 5:30-8:30 on Sunday as well. The Randolph Community BBQ will be sponsored by First State Bank and will begin serving at 6 p.m. at the City Park Grandstand.
