CROFTON – A handful of workshops for small business owners and local entrepreneurs will be held in a northeast community throughout August and early September.
According to a release from the Center for Rural Affairs, these free workshops will be available for all in the Crofton area.
Sessions for basic QuickBooks, Advance QuickBooks and advanced Excel are open to 10 attendees each workshop held at the Crofton Auditorium (1210 West 2nd St.). These events are sponsored by the Center for Rural Affairs and the City of Crofton.
Basic QuickBooks will be held on Monday, August 12 and Monday, August 19 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.; advanced QuickBooks on Monday, August 26 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. and advanced Excel on Tuesday, September 3 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Diann Ballard from db-Consulting, LLC, of Pender, Nebraska, will instruct the course. The use of laptops and software will be provided.
