A 34-year-old Plattsmouth man who took photos underneath women’s skirts was sentenced to 90 days in jail and two years probation in Sarpy County District Court.

Timothy L. Wilson entered guilty pleas to one count of attempted unlawful intrusion and two counts of unlawful intrusion, all misdemeanors. Wilson, who had been charged with felony intrusion, must also register as a sex offender, Sarpy County District Court Judge Stefanie Martinez said during Wednesday’s sentencing.

Bellevue police said they received a report in September about a man taking photos underneath a woman’s skirt with a cellphone at a Walmart in the city. Police released surveillance video of the incident.

After the video received media coverage, more people came forward and said they believed the same thing had happened to them at a Walmart store in July and a Target in May, police said.

Police said they served a search warrant at Wilson’s Plattsmouth home in October and seized clothing, cellphones and a computer.
