One Injured After Collision at Unmarked Intersection

COLUMBUS – Police say one person was taken to the hospital on Monday after two cars collided at an unmarked intersection.

Columbus Police reports say a 21-year-old was driving a 2008 Ford Sedan northbound on 28th Avenue, and a 65-year-old was driving a 2002 Hyundai Sonata westbound on 16th Street. The 65-year-old was taken to the hospital for a leg injury, following the accident, says police.  The injury is believed to be minor, said CPD.

The Ford suffered $4,500 in damage, and the Sonata suffered $2,000 in damage, according to CPD.
