NNPHD To Discontinue Risk Indicator, Daily Information; Keep Mid-Week Graphs

WAYNE – Due to the decrease in COVID-19 activity, health officials will discontinue their ‘Risk Indicator’ and daily information until further notice.

According to a release from Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department, their final daily tab was posted on Friday, May 28 which saw zero positives across the four counties.

NNPHD will continue to post graphs on the nnphd.org website and Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department Facebook page for ongoing awareness of local COVID-19 viral activity.

Of the 3,995 total positives, 3,896 have since recovered while there have been 39,329 total tests reported and 35,289 total cumulative negatives for the NNPHD Health District. In Wayne County, 1,142 of 1,162 have since recovered; in Cedar County, 929 of the 951 have since recovered; in Dixon County, 674 of the 694 have since recovered and in Thurston County, 1,151 of the 1,188 have since recovered.
