Nebraska Woman Sentenced For Role In Murder

WEST POINT – A Northeast Nebraska woman is sentenced 18-20 years in prison for her alleged role in a 2017 murder.

42-year-old Becky Weitzenkamp of Oakland, Nebraska was sentenced in Cuming County Court Thursday morning after being found guilty of aiding in the murder of 64-year-old Ernest Warnock in Rosalie, and the arson of his home on March 10th, 2017.

Court documents show Weitzenkamp bought lighter fluid used to burn down Warnock’s home and drove two other men involved in the murder from the scene.
