“Nature Tails,” Pre-K Book Reading, Plus Activities Running Online Every Tuesday Through April 13

LINCOLN – Nebraska Game and Parks resumed their “Nature Tails” program on Tuesday, March 9. These pre-K events run online every Tuesday at 10 a.m. through April 13.

“Nature Tails” is where outdoor educators read a nature-themed book. An activity always follows the reading. The theme will change from week-to-week.

March 16 will be St. Patrick’s Day themed. Weather is the theme for March 23, with worms being the final theme in March on the 30th. The following week, April 6 will be Prairie themed. The final program of the spring will be seed themed on April 13.

All “Nature Tails” readings and activities are free and require no registration. Go to this link to join each program. Additionally, every event will be recorded and posted on the Nebraska Game and Parks Education Channel on YouTube.
