MADISON – An early morning house fire kept Madison firefighters busy.
The call came in just after 2:15 a.m. Saturday for a home on fire near the intersection of Highway 81 and 833 road between Madison and Norfolk.
The house is located on the northwest corner of the intersection, no word yet on who owns the home.
The Nebraska State Fire Marshall’s office was called to the scene for investigation. Power to the home was shut off by Elkhorn Rural Public Power crews.
No one was injured and he cause of fire is still unknown.
