LifeServe Community Blood Drive Late March Schedule

WAYNE – A trio of LifeServe Community blood drives are being schedule for late March.

According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, all blood types are currently being sought to help hospital patients in need. Current blood donors and brand-new blood donors impact three lives with just one donation. Your blood donation helps your hospital and your neighbors.

The communities of Bancroft, Fordyce and Wayne will be hosting blood drives in March.

Schedule a blood donation appointment online at lifeservebloodcenter.org or call 800-287-4903.

To help ensure the safety of blood donors and team members during this COVID-19 pandemic, LifeServe is enforcing several precautionary measures. Appointments are required as donors who do not have an appointment will not be able to give blood; blood donors should pre-screen themselves for fever prior to appointments as only donors with temperatures under 99.5 will be allowed to donate and blood donors are required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment as donors who do not have masks will be provided with one.

Bancroft Community Blood Drive will be on Thursday, March 25 from 3 – 7 p.m. at the Bancroft Fire Hall (107 West Poplar Street).

Fordyce Community Blood Drive will be on Saturday, March 27 from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Fordyce Fire Hall (209 West 2nd Street).

Wayne Community Blood Drive will be on Wednesday, March 31 from noon until 5:30 p.m. at the Wayne Fire Hall (510 Tomar Drive).
