DES MOINES, IA – As local physicians refer to summer as trauma season, the need for blood donations continue to rise.
According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, the need for blood donors is now.
Make an appointment at an upcoming neighborhood blood drive in Coleridge on Monday, June 13; Wynot on Wednesday, June 15 or Hartington on Thursday, June 16.
Appointments are required and you can schedule a blood donation appointment online at lifeservebloodcenter.org or call 800-287-4903.
Monday, June 13: Coleridge Community Blood Drive from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. at 111 South Main Street; Wednesday, June 15: Wynot Community Blood Drive from 1 – 6 p.m. at 414 Saint James Avenue and Thursday, June 16: Hartington Community Blood Drive from 12:30 – 6 p.m. at 106 West Centre Street.
LifeServe will also be at Grace Lutheran Church (904 Logan Street) from 1 – 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14.
