WAYNE – A trio of northeast Nebraska communities will be hosting community blood drives in the month of November.
According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, eligible donors are being sought during upcoming blood drives to benefit local hospital patients this fall.
Pender, Wakefield, Fordyce, Wayne and Hartington will be hosting community blood drives in the month of November.

Tuesday, November 16: Pender Community Blood Drive from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Pender Fire Hall (314 Maple Street).
Wednesday, November 17: Wakefield Community Blood Drive from 2:15 – 6 p.m. at Christian Church of Wakefield (303 Johnson Street).
Saturday, November 20: Fordyce Community Blood Drive from 8:30 a.m. – noon at the Fordyce Fire Hall (209 West 2nd Street).
Wednesday, November 24: Wayne Community Blood Drive from noon until 5:30 p.m. at the Wayne Fire Hall (510 Tomar Drive).
Monday, November 29: Hartington Community Blood Drive from 12:30 – 6 p.m. at the VFW Hall (206 East Main Street).
