LifeServe Blood Center February Blood Drives Released

WAYNE – Several community blood drives are being scheduled for the month of February.

According to a release from LifeServe Blood Center, blood officials are asking community members to help spread the love this February and save lives in your community.

A total of seven blood drives will be held over a two-week period.

Schedule a blood donation appointment online at lifeservebloodcenter.org or call 800-287-4903.

Communities of Wayne, Ponca, Laurel, Coleridge, Hartington, Wynot and Randolph will host blood drives in February.

To help ensure the safety of blood donors and team members during this COVID-19 pandemic, LifeServe is enforcing several precautionary measures. Appointments are required as donors who do not have an appointment will not be able to give blood; blood donors should pre-screen themselves for fever prior to appointments as only donors with temperatures under 99.5 will be allowed to donate and blood donors are required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment as donors who do not have masks will be provided with one.
