Leader Avenue, LLC Previewed As Weekly Host During ChamberPercs

WAYNE – ChamberPercs kicked off the first Friday in April bringing in a local business owner virtually who also brings to the table an ever developing small company.

Executive Director with Wayne Area Economic Development, Luke Virgil hosted the Facebook Live event on the Wayne, NE Facebook page on Friday, April 3.

Virgil welcomed in Mytzy Rodriguez-Kufner through zoom in the WAED office.

Rodriguez-Kufner is the owner of Ekeko Blends and Goods, LLC located at 110 Main Street. She is bringing Leader Avenue back around since her downtown business is staying closed to social distance.

“Leader Avenue can be done virtually through Zoom, telephone, etc.,” said Rodriguez-Kufner. “So, what is Leader Avenue? Leader Avenue helps businesses and education professionals make sense of data trends.”

Any information that small businesses have and are wondering how to make sense of their data can contact Rodriguez-Kufner to create a solution. Leader Avenue works with individuals as well as groups of people in the areas of business and education and in the areas of organizational change.

“Especially through these times during the pandemic,” Rodriguez -Kufner added. “We don’t know what we don’t know. So, we’ll help you talk through things. Our vision is to empower people and small businesses towards positive development of their businesses.”

Leader Avenue is merging from what Mytzy Rodriguez-Kufner and Brian Kufner, an associate professor in the business and economics department at Wayne State College, had in Illinois. Brian had his own company helping businesses through business coaching.

“So, we’re looking for expertise in the areas of accounting and other areas that will help promote your business in a way that you want it to,” Rodriguez-Kufner. “Partially from a small business owner I see a lot big companies calling me and every time they start mentioning big numbers I’m like, ‘if you don’t understand small businesses in rural communities then you can’t help me.”

Leader Avenue also offers personally coaching and other services through organizational management, small business data trend analytics, education consultant, professional development services and translation services.
